So proud of the Kansas City Royals and my daughter's volleyball team who placed 3rd in this weekend's State Volleyball tournament!

To say this weekend was stressful doesn't even come close to describing the emotional roller coaster. The Clearwater Indians went 3-0 on Friday making them the #1 seed for Saturday's bracket play. After a heartbreaking loss to Concordia, the team rallied back to win against Santa Fe Trail to take home the 3rd place trophy. It was a bittersweet moment for my daughter, a senior. Her high school volleyball career is now over. As a parent it is hard to watch your daughter realize that she is growing up. I couldn't be more proud of her and love her more than words can ever express!
